Withdrawals or Dismissals

There are a number of factors that can contribute to a withdrawal or dismissal decision.   Except in cases of approved mitigating circumstances, the student will assume the debt to CSRIPS for the amount of tuition restored to the military.

Grade Reporting

Grades will be reported for students in the National Guard at the conclusion of the program.

VA Students must maintain a minimum of a 3.0 GPA in order to maintain eligibility.  Should a student fall below a 3.0 GPA, they will be dismissed from the program.  Please visit the Veterans Affairs section of the CSRIPS Progam Catalog.

Unexpected Deployment, Activation or Natural Disaster Displacement

As soon as you become aware of an unexpected deployment or activation that will affect your enrollment, please notify your Class Manager immediately.

Please note that a copy of orders will be required unexpected deployments or activations.  In cases of unexpected increases in operational tempo not caused by orders or activation, please notify your Class Manager as soon as you are aware that your ability to complete the enrollments is at risk.  We will guide you in the proper process based upon your circumstances, and will require official Command supporting documentation.
